No
The summary does not mention AI, ML, or any related concepts like image processing, training sets, or performance metrics typically associated with AI/ML devices. The intended use describes standard electrical stimulation therapy.

Yes
The device aims to provide therapeutic benefits like reducing muscle spasms, preventing disuse atrophy, and increasing blood circulation, which are all medical treatments.

No
The provided text describes a device used for therapeutic purposes such as muscle relaxation, prevention of atrophy, increasing blood circulation, and muscle re-education. It does not mention any function related to diagnosing a condition or disease.

No

The intended use describes muscle stimulation, which typically requires hardware to deliver electrical impulses. The summary does not mention software as the sole component.

Based on the provided information, this device is not an IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic).

Here's why:

  • Intended Use: The intended uses listed ("Relaxation of muscle spasms," "Prevention or retardation of disuse atrophy," etc.) describe therapeutic actions performed on the patient's body. IVDs, on the other hand, are used to examine specimens (like blood, urine, or tissue) from the body to provide information about a person's health.
  • Device Description: While the description is "Not Found," the intended uses strongly suggest a device that interacts directly with the patient's muscles, likely through electrical stimulation or similar means.
  • No mention of specimens or analysis: There is no indication that this device collects or analyzes any biological samples.

Therefore, this device falls under the category of a therapeutic medical device, not an in vitro diagnostic device.
