No
The 510(k) summary describes a simple medical device (examination gloves) and contains no mention of AI, ML, image processing, or data analysis that would indicate the use of such technologies.

No
The device, "nitrile examination gloves," is intended to prevent contamination, not to treat a disease or condition.

No
The device is described as an examination glove intended to prevent contamination, not to diagnose any condition.

No

The device is described as nitrile examination gloves, which are a physical hardware product, not software.

No, this device is not an IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic).

Here's why:

  • IVD Definition: In vitro diagnostics are tests performed on samples taken from the human body, such as blood, urine, or tissue, to detect diseases, conditions, or infections.
  • Device Function: The description clearly states the device is a glove worn on the hand to prevent contamination. It does not involve testing samples from the body.

The intended use and device description align with a Class I or Class II medical device (depending on the specific regulations and intended use claims), but not an IVD.
