No
The summary describes a medical image viewer with wireless and portable access, but there is no mention of AI, ML, or any related technologies in the provided text.

No
The device is described as software for displaying images for diagnosis or referring purposes, not for treating conditions.

Yes
The "Intended Use / Indications for Use" states that the software "is intended to display images from CT/MR for the trained physician 's diagnosis or referring purpose," explicitly mentioning "diagnosis."

Yes

The intended use explicitly states "EBM iDO Viewer software," indicating the device is primarily software. While it displays images from CT/MR (hardware modalities), the device itself is described as the "Viewer software," suggesting it's the software component that performs the intended function of displaying images. The lack of a "Device Description" section further supports the idea that the submission focuses solely on the software aspect.

Based on the provided information, the EBM iDO Viewer software is not an IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic).

Here's why:

  • IVD devices are used to examine specimens (like blood, urine, tissue) taken from the human body. The EBM iDO Viewer software is intended to display medical images (CT/MR) which are generated from imaging the body directly, not from analyzing specimens.
  • The intended use clearly states it's for displaying images from CT/MR for diagnosis or referring purposes. This aligns with the function of a medical image viewer, not an IVD.

Therefore, the EBM iDO Viewer software falls under the category of medical imaging software, not an IVD.
