No

The provided text describes a material used for bite registration and other dental procedures. It does not mention any software components or functions.

Based on the provided information, this device is not an IVD (In Vitro Diagnostic).

Here's why:

  • Intended Use: The intended use describes the device as being used for bite registration, fixing face bow registration, and as a location material for intra-oral pin tracing templates. These are all procedures performed within the mouth (intra-oral) and involve physical manipulation and positioning, not the examination of samples taken from the body (in vitro).
  • Lack of IVD Characteristics: There is no mention of the device being used to test or analyze biological samples (blood, urine, tissue, etc.) to provide information about a patient's health status, diagnose, monitor, or treat a disease.

Therefore, based on the provided text, Registrado X-tra is a dental device used for physical procedures within the mouth, not an in vitro diagnostic device.
