Intended Use
The N-Assay TIA Multi CRP Calibrator Set is intended to be used in the calibration of the Crestat Diagnostics N-Assay TIA CRP turbidimmunometric assay for quantitating serum levels of C-Reactive Protein, in human serum.
Device Story
N-Assay TIA Multi CRP Calibrator Set consists of a set of calibrators used to calibrate the Crestat Diagnostics N-Assay TIA CRP turbidimmunometric assay. The assay quantifies C-Reactive Protein (CRP) levels in human serum samples. The calibrator set is intended for professional use in clinical laboratory settings. By establishing a calibration curve for the turbidimmunometric assay, the device enables accurate measurement of CRP, an inflammatory marker, assisting healthcare providers in clinical decision-making regarding patient inflammatory status.
Clinical Evidence
No clinical data provided; device is an in vitro diagnostic calibrator.
Technological Characteristics
In vitro diagnostic calibrator set for turbidimmunometric assay. Formulated for use with human serum samples.
Indications for Use
Indicated for use in the calibration of the Crestat Diagnostics N-Assay TIA CRP turbidimmunometric assay to quantify C-Reactive Protein levels in human serum.
Regulatory Classification
Identification
A C-reactive protein immunological test system is a device that consists of the reagents used to measure by immunochemical techniques the C-reactive protein in serum and other body fluids. Measurement of C-reactive protein aids in evaluation of the amount of injury to body tissues.
